Evening Class - Tai Chi - Thursdays - 7:15PM-8:15PM

We teach Traditional Yang 10 Form Thursdays at the Gwinnett Centerville Library. This class is appropriate for all age groups and all physical conditions. It can be done either standing or seated.

You must sign-up for all Gwinnett County classes.

Tai Chi - Fridays 1:00PM-2:00PM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 10 and 24 Forms. These are great forms to learn because they are the most practiced forms of Tai Chi in the world. Gentle, slow, easy to follow movements.

This class is sponsored by H2U and drop-ins are welcome!


 

IORA Medical - Tucker

Tai Chi - Mondays 11:30AM-12:30PM

We are teaching the Traditional Yang 10 Form - along with a selection of Qigong movements that are suitable for participants of all abilities. We demonstrate both seated and standing variations of each movement and we modify our warmups to introduce new movements on a regular basis.

This is a Silver Sneakers Class but they also allow drop-ins.


 

Bridge At Austin Community Center

Tai Chi - Tuesdays 10:00AM-11:00AMM

Teaching the Therapeutic Tai Chi Form along with a varied selection of Qigong movements. Therapeutic Tai Chi is a form developed by Master Yun Xiang Tseng's ( Wudang Chen) that combines movements from Yang and Wudang style Tai Chi. It has beautiful flow and is a perfect form to practice Tai Chi's "moving meditation".

This is a Silver Sneakers Class but they also welcome drop-ins.


 

Lay It Down Fitness

Tai Chi - Tuesdays 6:30PM-7:30PM and Thursdays 9:30AM-10:30AM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 24 Form Tuesday evenings and the Therapeutic Tai Chi Form Thursday mornings along with a varied selection of Qigong movements. Therapeutic Tai Chi is a form developed by Master Yun Xiang Tseng's ( Wudang Chen) that combines movements from Yang and Wudang style Tai Chi. It has beautiful flow and is a perfect form to practice Tai Chi's "moving meditation".

Their Mission Statement: To provide quality personal fitness and nutrition training that improves one person at a time mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually so he/she can focus on him/herself while striving towards a healthy and fit lifestyle which leads to being more effective at home, at work, within his/her community, and at his/her local place of worship.

Cannon United Methodist Church

Tai Chi for Veterans

Tai Chi Mondays 9:00AM-10:00AM and 6:00PM-7:00PM

Tai Chi for Veterans is a new program from the Veterans Administration Community Care Network (or VA CCN) and a direct result of The Mission Act. The program enables Veterans to participate in Tai Chi classes COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

Loganville American Legion

Tai Chi Wednesdays 10:00AM-11:00AM

We are teaching traditional Yang style Tai Chi and TaijiFit to veterans for free. This is a class sponsored by the Loganville American Legion.

We teach seated Tai Chi for a wonderful group of residents at Eastside Gardens Assisted Living Home. This is a private business and only residents are allowed.
