Centerville One Stop

Morning Class - Tai Chi - Thursdays - 10:00AM-11:00AM

Evening Class - Tai Chi - Thursdays - 7:00PM-8:00PM

We teach two classes on Thursdays at the Gwinnett Centerville Library. Both classes are the Traditional Yang 10 Form. Both of these classes are appropriate for all age groups and all physical conditions. Both can be done either standing or seated.

You must sign-up for all Gwinnett County classes.

Eastside Medical - South Campus

Tai Chi - Fridays 1:00PM-2:00PM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 10 and 24 Forms. These are great forms to learn because they are the most practiced forms of Tai Chi in the world. Gentle, slow, easy to follow movements.

This class is sponsored by H2U and drop-ins are welcome!


 

IORA Medical

Tai Chi - Mondays 11:30AM-12:30PM

We are teaching the Traditional Yang 10 Form - along with a selection of Qigong movements that are suitable for participants of all abilities. We demonstrate both seated and standing variations of each movement and we modify our warmups to introduce new movements on a regular basis.

This is a Silver Sneakers Class but they also allow drop-ins.


 

Gwinnett Christian Terrace

Tai Chi - Mondays 10:00AM-10:45AM

Teaching a mix of Yang 10 Form and Qigong - both seated and standing. We teach a combination of moves each class that are easy to learn and can be done by those of with physical limitations. Gentle, slow, easy to follow movements that help with balance, muscle strength and flexibility, mind/body coordination.

Drop-ins are welcome!


 

Just Fitness 4U - Johns Creek

Tai Chi - Wednesdays 10:30AM-11:30AM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 24 Form inside the Just Fitness 4U facility. Just Fitness 4U Johns Creek is located in the Saddlebrook Shopping Center (right next to Kroger’s) on State Bridge and Jones Bridge Road. This beautiful facility has over $1,000,000 of state-of-the-art equipment, including their signature series Life Fitness circuits, Hammer Strength Plate load machines, and amazing free weight and functional training areas.

This is a Silver Sneakers Class but they also welcome drop-ins.


 

Just Fitness 4U - Snellville

Tai Chi - Fridays 10:30AM-11:30AM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 24 Form inside the Just Fitness 4U facility. Just Fitness 4U Snellville is located across from the New London Plaza Shopping Center on Henry Clower Blvd.  Their beautiful facility offers over $1,000,000 of state-of-the-art equipment, including their signature series Life Fitness circuits, Hammer Strength Plate load machines, and amazing free weight and functional training areas.

This is a Silver Sneakers Class but they also welcome drop-ins.


 

Be Fit Studio - Tucker

Tai Chi - Mondays 7:30PM-8:30PM

Teaching the Traditional Yang 24 Form along with a varied selection of Qigong movements inside a new Fitness Studio. Their philosophy is:

Lay It Down Fitness

Tai Chi - Tuesdays 6:30PM-7:30PM and Thursdays 9:30AM-10:30AM

Teaching the Therapeutic Tai Chi Form Tuesday evenings and the traditional Yang 24 Form Thursday mornings along with a varied selection of Qigong movements.

Their Mission Statement: To provide quality personal fitness and nutrition training that improves one person at a time mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually so he/she can focus on him/herself while striving towards a healthy and fit lifestyle which leads to being more effective at home, at work, within his/her community, and at his/her local place of worship.
